Obituary of Kathleen Elizabeth "Kathy" Dudley

We are saddened to share the news that our mother, Kathleen Elizabeth (Forster) Dudley passed away on Thursday December 28, 2023 in her 89^th year.  She will be missed by her sons Alan & Brian, her daughters-in-law Margaret & Marly, her 6 grandchildren (Kimberley, Franklin, Jennifer, James, Kelly, Laurie) 16 great grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was born on May 10, 1935, in North Bay Ontario to Thomas and Kathleen (Kate) Forster.  She had 4 siblings, Caroline, Joseph, William and half brother Stanley whom she met for the first time this year when he travelled from England to finally meet her.  She married her longtime love Harold Dudley and had four boys, Brian, Alan, Charles, and Frank who preceded her in death.

Kathy was a long-time resident of Coldwater, Ontario and resided at the Coldwater Seniors Apartments until moving to the Bayview Retirement Home in Waubaushene, Ontario.

A celebration of life has been planned for Saturday May 11, 2024 from 12noon – 2:30pm at the Coldwater Legion.  Interment of her ashes to follow at Coldwater Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your charity of choice and may be made through the funeral home.
